One address handles corrections, questions and rights notices. Since no video is hosted here, a notice can only concern text or images that appear on this site.
Email editor@candyshortsai.net with a correction, a question about any guide, or a copyright or likeness notice; we reply within five business days. Because Candy Shorts AI Guide hosts nothing from the platform, anything concerning the episodes themselves, a Candy AI account or a payment must go to the operator and its support team instead.
Sending a correction or a question
Write to editor@candyshortsai.net. If something on this site is wrong or out of date, name the page and quote the sentence, and if you can, point to a place where the accurate figure can be verified, such as a Candy AI help page or a series page. Fixes are applied directly to the page and the review date under the title is updated. Questions about Candy Shorts that no guide answers are welcome too; the ones that recur become new sections. We read every message and reply within five business days.
Copyright (DMCA) and likeness takedown notices
Candy Shorts AI Guide does not operate Candy Shorts and hosts none of its episodes, so a notice to us can only concern text or images published on this site. If you believe that something on this site violates your copyright or uses your name or likeness without right, send a notice to editor@candyshortsai.net that includes the following.
- The address of the page concerned and a precise description of the text or image at issue.
- What you claim is infringed: the copyrighted work, or the name, image or personality right.
- Your name, a postal address, a phone number and an email address where we can reach you.
- A good-faith statement that neither the rights holder, an agent nor the law has authorized the use.
- A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that everything in the notice is correct and that you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
A complete notice is acted on within five business days: we remove or amend the material and send you a written reply. Incomplete notices get a reply asking for the missing items. Notices about the episodes themselves, about the platform, or about a creator’s licensed likeness inside Candy AI belong with the platform’s operator, which publishes its own copyright procedure on its site; we cannot remove content we do not host.
What we cannot help with
We have no way to help with Candy AI accounts, passwords, payments, refunds or subscription changes. Those requests go to Candy AI customer support, reachable from within the platform. We also cannot supply episodes, copies of episodes, download links, invitations or promo codes, and we do not respond to requests for any of them. Messages asking where to find leaked or free full episodes receive a link to our guide explaining why no such source exists.

Can you help with my Candy.ai account?
No. Candy Shorts AI Guide is independent of Candy AI and has no access to its systems, accounts or billing. Questions about login, passwords, charges, refunds or canceling Premium go to Candy AI customer support inside the platform. We can only correct or explain what is written on this site.
