What a Dailymotion search for the episodes actually returns

On September 21, 2026 we ran three searches for Candy AI Shorts on Dailymotion, using the site’s own search box with relevance sorting, and went through the first 40 results of each by title, channel and duration. All three came back with nothing connected to Candy AI.

• “candy ai shorts.” Around a thousand hits, not one of them connected to the series. The page was dominated by candy-making craft challenges from channels in the 5-Minute Crafts mold, a 3D animation called Candy Battlefield, and dozens of ten-second AI-generated cartoon clips that unrelated accounts had posted the same week.
• “candyshorts.” One video, dated 2021: a comedy sketch about the kinds of students you meet in an online class, made by a Philippine teen magazine that calls its short-video format “Candy Shorts.” Same words, unrelated product.
• The playlist titled “Candy shorts.” A user called Candice put it together in May 2026. It contains two items: a Filipino revenge drama running 43 minutes and a full-length feature, After Her Goodbye, at 89 minutes. Candy AI appears in neither, and neither is remotely short.

Anyone can repeat the check. Enter the same queries, scan the first page, and note the titles, channels and durations. We got identical results on the English and Italian interfaces, and we repeat the exercise whenever this page is updated.

No thumbnail, no title and no channel name led to a Candy Shorts series. If you searched Dailymotion for Candy AI Shorts and found nothing, you missed nothing; the platform is doing exactly what its rules demand.

Why the episodes cannot be hosted on Dailymotion

Its content policy excludes them. Pornographic and sexually explicit material sits at the top of Dailymotion’s prohibited-content list, and its help center spells out the ban: explicit sexual acts, strongly suggestive ones, and sexualized nudity, with no exception for animated or illustrated imagery. That last point matters, because “it’s AI, not filmed” earns no exemption. An episode from any series rated 3 or higher on our scale fails on sight, and a Spicy episode fails more decisively. Every video carries a report button, flagged uploads get removed, and that is why a Dailymotion link that played yesterday can point at a deleted video today.

One category of related clip can survive review: a trimmed teaser that cuts away before anything explicit, the same few seconds that circulate on TikTok and X. It reveals no more than a trailer would, it is not an episode, and it nearly always links back to Candy AI because whoever posted it wants your sign-up. Treat any such clip as an advertisement, not as a copy of the series.

Why people search Dailymotion for the episodes at all

Mostly habit. Dailymotion is where full-length TV serials and mini-drama app episodes tend to reappear after their official run ends, and the “Candy shorts” playlist, with a complete feature film in it, illustrates the pattern perfectly. Viewers who have found a favorite short-drama app reposted there naturally try the same path for Candy Shorts. What separates the two cases is content policy: a mainstream romance serial is allowed, an explicit AI-generated series is not. The word “shorts” adds to the confusion, since Dailymotion, YouTube and a Philippine magazine all use it for their own unrelated short-video formats.

'Full episode' uploads that only borrow the name

Whatever the video platform, a title combining “Candy Shorts” with words like “full episode” or “uncut” is worth examining before you press play. The pattern is consistent: the thumbnail is a poster lifted from the catalog, the duration is many times the roughly two minutes an episode lasts, and the description promotes an external link where the real content is supposedly waiting. Press play and you get unrelated footage or a looping teaser. Where the real episodes are and what plays free

The first two episodes of all 106 public series are free once you create an account, no payment attached, which is more than Dailymotion’s rules would ever permit it to offer.
